Before founding Aarnoaa, Anup spent years working across performance marketing, brand strategy, and business intelligence — managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and organic search for businesses ranging from early-stage startups to established regional brands in India, with exposure to US and European markets.

The patterns he kept seeing — disconnected strategy, unaccountable agencies, brands spending without architecture — led to a single question: what would it look like to do this properly, from first principles, with full accountability? Aarnoaa is the answer.
