Aarnoaa provides digital marketing consulting, strategy advisory, brand experience, performance marketing management, and data visualisation services as agreed in individual engagement agreements.
All content, strategies, and deliverables produced by Aarnoaa remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the engagement agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three years.
Aarnoaa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Aarnoaa is a professional services consultancy. All fees relate to intellectual work, strategy, and time — not physical goods. The following policy reflects this.
Free discovery calls, performance audits, and diagnostic sessions carry no charge and require no cancellation notice. You may cancel or reschedule at any time by emailing contact@aarnoaa.com.
Either party may terminate a paid engagement by providing 14 days written notice via email. Work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date are billable in full and remain payable regardless of cancellation.
Due to the nature of professional services, the following refund terms apply:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@aarnoaa.com within 7 days of the disputed charge. We will acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine dissatisfaction, which may include complimentary additional work at our discretion.
Fees for services are as agreed in individual engagement agreements. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified in writing. Aarnoaa reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
